To support our Eleventy Shop team, we are looking for you as a Shop Assistant for the 2025/2026 winter season

Key Responsibilities
A position in an Eleventy store involves sales and styling duties, with a focus on providing a luxurious customer experience based on Italian hospitality. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building customer relationships
  • Providing personal styling advice
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Maintaining the store's visual and operational standards
  • Processing transactions such as sales, returns and refunds
  • Inventory management
  • Assisting with store events
  • Communication and teamwork

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Completed training in sales or comparable training
  • Professional experience in a similar position in a comparable shop
  • Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high awareness of quality
  • Structured and organised way of working
  • Keen interest in team-oriented work
  • Good German and English skills are a prerequisite; any additional foreign languages are an advantage
