Verantwortung

  • Du arbeitest im Client Engineering mit, implementierst und verwaltest Client-Infrastrukturen und sorgst für effiziente Abläufe im gesamten Client-Lifecycle.
  • Du unterstützt Change-, Incident- und Problem-Management und bearbeitest technische Anfragen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support.
  • Du entwickelst Softwareverteilung und Paketierung weiter, bringst Deine Fachkenntnisse ein und übernimmst anspruchsvolle Aufgaben im Client-Engineering-Umfeld.
  • Du beteiligst Dich am Pikettdienst und stellst einen zuverlässigen Betrieb sowie rasche Unterstützung bei Störungen sicher.

Qualifikationen

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker:in oder Medizininformatiker:in und arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und sorgfältig.
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Client Engineering, insbesondere mit SCCM-Softwarepaketierung, sowie sehr guten Kenntnissen im Microsoft-Client-Umfeld und Group Policies.
  • Du lernst schnell, interessierst Dich für neue Technologien und kommunizierst offen, kundenorientiert und teamfähig.
  • Du profitierst von ITIL- oder Windows-10/11-Zertifizierungen und besitzt einen Führerausweis der Kategorie B.
