Beschreibung:

Wir suchen eine erfahrene und detailorientierte Fachperson im Bereich Accounts Payable (AP) und Accounts Receivable (AR) zur Verstärkung des Finanzteams. In dieser Position verantwortest du die reibungslose Abwicklung von Rechnungsprozessen, Kontenabstimmungen und die Sicherstellung korrekter Finanzdaten. Besonders wichtig ist dabei der professionelle Umgang mit SAP Concur, Basware sowie SAP R/3 und S/4.

  • Verarbeitung und Prüfung von Rechnungen sowie Durchführung des gesamten Zahlungsprozesses über SAP Concur und Basware
  • Unterstützung der Finanzprozesse in SAP R/3 und S/4HANA
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Richtlinien, gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Accounting-Standards
  • Abstimmung von Konten, Identifikation und Klärung von Differenzen
  • Pflege und Sicherstellung korrekter Finanz- und Buchhaltungsdaten
  • Unterstützung in Reporting- und allgemeinen Accounting-Prozessen

Anforderung:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Accounts Payable und Accounts Receivable
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Buchhaltungsgrundsätzen und Finanzprozessen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Genauigkeit und Zahlenflair
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP R/3 / S/4, SAP Concur, Basware sowie Office 365, insbesondere Excel
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
