Sales Engineer Robotics

The Robotics Sales Department has the following main objectives:

• Maintain customer satisfaction through high quality and timely operation support for external customers and to all internal business departments
• Pre- and after Sales calculation's for margins
• Secure to company's assets and maintain the books at an accurate and correct level in line with general laws and company policies

Scope of position for the Sales Engineer RO (Robotics):

• Selling FANUC robotics solutions tailored to the needs of system integrators and end users across various industries
• Supporting integrators with technical specifications, assist customers who are having technical problems
• Cycle time calculations, and layout proposals to ensure optimal integration in collaboration with the application team
• Advising end users on automation potential, ROI, and selecting the right robot models for their applications
• Providing ongoing technical and commercial support during project planning, commissioning, and after-sales phases in collaboration with application and service team
• Offering training and optimization services to ensure long-term customer satisfaction
• Building strong relationships through proactive communication, regular follow-ups, and solution-oriented service
• Monitor inventory to ensure support to customers
• Business development within Robot Sales
• Reports to the Sales Leader or Sales Manager
• Reports on the business as instructed
• Responsible to increase and promote Robot Sales in CH
• Replacement in absence of Operations Robotics
• Other tasks according to separate instructions
