PROFIL DU POSTE

Stage basé en Suisse à Zürich

1 – Langues : Français et Allemand

Maternelle pour une des deux langues, niveau B2 minimum ( préférence C1/2 ) pour la deuxième langue.

2 – Minimum Bac +3 ou équivalent en marketing ou communication. Bonnes connaissances de l'utilisation des outils de nouvelles. Technicités technologies, d'information et de la communication (NTIC) et aisance rédactionnelle.

3 – Connaissances du secteur du tourisme et de ses acteurs : tour- opérateurs, agences ainsi que de ceux du secteur MICE (Meetings,Incentives, Congrès, Evénements)

4 - Aptitudes au travail en équipe. Sens de l'initiative et de l'organisation

MISSIONS

Tâches attribuées au stagiaire :

  • Evénementiel : accompagner les responsables de projet lors de la mise en place et le suivi d'événements (conception de A à Z : recherche de lieux, création et envoi des invitations, présence lors de l'événement, traitement des retombées)

  • Accueil de journalistes

  • Conférences de presse diverses

  • Workshops et rencontres professionnelles

  • Communication : aider à la conception d'outils de communication

  • Communiqués de presse

  • Newsletters

  • Articles (francophones et/ou germanophones) ;

  • Marketing : participer au lancement et au suivi opérationnel des campagnes de communication B2C (générales, thématiques et/ou régionales)

  • Production des propositons

  • Echanges avec les graphistes / designers pour les créations visuelles et assets
  • Inventaire et envois des visuels de campagne aux partenaires

  • Production des bilans d'opérations

  • Veille :

  • Etudes

  • Notes de veille marché mensuelle et trimestrielle : recherche et rédaction

  • Présentations marchés

  • Reporting et Actualisation des bases de données :

  • Mise à jour reporting digital mensuel

  • qualification des contacts, envoi de courriels, phoning, relances

  • Pour une durée de 6 mois

  • Convention de stage obligatoire

  • Salaire de CHF 1'300.00 brut par mois
