We're Hiring: Remote Data Entry Assistant (Switzerland-Based)

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently? We're looking for a Data Entry Assistant to help maintain accurate and up-to-date records — all from the convenience of your home in Switzerland.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Switzerland)

Key Responsibilities


• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across various systems


• Review and verify information for errors or inconsistencies


• Organize and manage digital files and records


• Follow data privacy and confidentiality standards


• Assist with administrative and reporting tasks as needed


• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness

What You Bring


• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy


• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and data entry tools


• Excellent time management and organizational skills


• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines


• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus


• Based in Switzerland with legal right to work remotely
