Aufgaben
:

  • Unterstützung erfahrener Private Banker(s) bei der Betreuung eines anspruchsvollen Kundenportfolios im CEE-Markt (insbesondere russischsprachige Kundschaft).
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesgeschäfts.
  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Kontrolle von Kontoeröffnungen, Kundenaufträgen sowie sämtlicher administrativer Dokumentationen.
  • Verantwortung für eine professionelle und termingerechte Abwicklung sämtlicher Kundenanliegen- telefonisch, schriftlich und digital.
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten im Avaloq-System sowie Überwachung von Compliance-Vorgaben.
  • Koordination mit internen Abteilungen (z.B. Legal, Compliance, Investment Advisory), um eine qualitativ hochwertige Kundenbetreuung sicherzustellen.
  • Unterstützung bei Marketingaktionen, Reportings sowie der internen Prozessoptimierung.

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bankwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Assistant im Private Banking- mit Fokus auf osteuropäische/ russischsprachige Kundschaft.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Avaloq-Systems sind zwingend erforderlich.
  • Muttersprache oder fliessende Kenntnisse in Russisch, sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Genauigkeit und Organisationsfähigkeit.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Diskretion und ein professionelles Auftreten im Kundenkontakt.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Tools im Bankenumfeld.
