Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Writer at PeopleScope, located in Bern. The Staff Writer will be responsible for creating engaging content, conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types, and proofreading articles before publication. They should be able to meet deadlines, work directly with our editorial team, and ensure all content aligns with the company's standards and voice.

Qualifications

  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
  • Research skills and the ability to develop content ideas
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles
  • Ability to adhere to timelines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with content management systems and basic HTML
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in writing for a digital publication is a plus
  • Creative thinking and outstanding problem-solving abilities
