Role Overview

EVOLUTION is a major transformation initiative to replace core technology in clinical trial data operations. The program will implement new platforms, integrate existing systems, and migrate trial data while driving process changes and ensuring adoption across the organization. This role is critical to support successful delivery and enable a smooth digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for major program deliverables, including internal processes and external technical components.
  • Act as a strategic advisor for a 60+ member program team, offering guidance on delivery strategies and solutions for complex challenges.
  • Facilitate collaboration with external partners to maintain design leadership.
  • Review program plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and timely milestone delivery.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and adoption of new technologies through transparent communication and change management.
  • Support digital transformation ambitions and industry-standard concepts.

Required Expertise

  • Large-scale IT program delivery and platform implementation.
  • Leadership of cross-functional teams and business-IT partnerships.
  • Experience with GXP system compliance and platform integrations.
  • Deep knowledge of Clinical Data Operations processes and technology landscape.
  • Proven success in change management across large workforces (500+ personnel).
  • Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and contribute to governance and steering committees.
