Position Overview

A warm and refined Belarusian–Russian family residing in Chambésy is seeking an experienced and dedicated Live-out Nanny to care primarily for their two older children in a nurturing, structured, and bilingual household. Proxy parenting along with the mother.

The family includes two boys 9 and 7 years old, baby girl one week old.

English is spoken daily within the household; Russian is also present. A housekeeper is alreaday employed, ensuring that the nanny's focus remains on the children and on their daily well-being. 

Working Schedule
  • Full-time
  • Monday to Friday: 12:30–20:30
  • Flexibility is appreciated if the family occasionally requires adjustments.
  • The nanny must be willing to travel with the family
Main Responsibilities

Childcare Duties (primary focus)
  • Daily after-school care and supervision of the two boys.
  • Creating a stable and enjoyable afternoon and evening routine.
  • Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities and outdoor play.
  • Managing school bags, homework support, and preparation for the next day.
  • Preparing simple, healthy meals for the children.
  • School pick-ups and occasional driving duties.
Light duties related to the children
  • Laudry and irnong for the children
  • Cooking for the children
  • Maintaining tidiness in their bedrooms and play areas.
Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will embody calm, professionalism, and attentiveness. She will be confident supporting school-aged children, offering stability, warmth, and excellent organisation.

Key Requirements:
  • Solide experience as a nanny for school-aged children.
  • Fluent English; understanding of Russian is an advantage.
  • Driving licence required to school pick-ups (having a personal car is a plus).
  • Non-smoker; no visible tattoos.
  • Warm, discreet, proactive, and able to integrate seamlessly within an international family environment.
  • Stron sense of responsibility, reliability, and time management.
