The Role

We're looking for a hands-on AI Engineer who loves building production systems that solve real business problems. You'll work across different industries and client types, from startups to enterprises.

Your main project:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models and pipelines for data extraction from PDFs, forms, emails, and other unstructured sources.
• Collaborate with client teams to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Implement data cleaning, validation, and transformation processes to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Evaluate model performance, perform error analysis, and continuously improve accuracy.
• Work closely with clients to integrate solutions into their business processes.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related STEM field
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Hugging Face)
• Knowledge of LLM orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
• Data science fundamentals (statistics, data analysis, visualization)
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of projects

Nice to have:

• Experience designing and building agentic AI systems
• Experience with document understanding / NLP / OCR technologies
• Hands-on experience with data cleaning, preprocessing, and ETL pipelines
• Knowledge of structured/unstructured data extraction methods
• Interest in LLM applications and modern AI technologies
