For an international client in the Schwyz area, we are looking for a
Sourcing Specialist %)
, starting immediately or by agreement.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting buyers throughout the entire sourcing and tendering process
  • Preparing and executing tenders
  • Requesting, managing, and tracking product samples
  • Data management: recording, maintaining, and ensuring the quality of product and supplier data
  • Maintaining and updating systems and trackers to ensure up-to-date and accurate information
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders (including suppliers and buyers)

What You Bring:

  • Fluent written and spoken English skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and enjoyment in coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Precise and structured way of working with good time management skills
  • Analytical thinking and high attention to detail
  • Independent, reliable working style combined with strong teamwork skills
  • Initial experience (1–3 years) in the retail or consumer goods industry is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of sourcing processes or procurement strategies is a plus
