For an international client in the Schwyz area, we are looking for a
Sourcing Specialist %)
, starting immediately or by agreement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting buyers throughout the entire sourcing and tendering process
- Preparing and executing tenders
- Requesting, managing, and tracking product samples
- Data management: recording, maintaining, and ensuring the quality of product and supplier data
- Maintaining and updating systems and trackers to ensure up-to-date and accurate information
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders (including suppliers and buyers)
What You Bring:
- Fluent written and spoken English skills
- Strong organizational abilities and enjoyment in coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously
- Precise and structured way of working with good time management skills
- Analytical thinking and high attention to detail
- Independent, reliable working style combined with strong teamwork skills
- Initial experience (1–3 years) in the retail or consumer goods industry is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of sourcing processes or procurement strategies is a plus
