Accounting Manager (30–40%)

To support our growth, we are looking for a
Finance Manager
who enjoys taking responsibility, thrives in a lean environment, and appreciates flexibility.

Your Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take full ownership of our operational finance function. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing monthly accounting and the monthly close
  • Preparing the budget, investor reporting, and a concise monthly reporting deck
  • Maintaining accurate financial records in Bexio
  • Building and maintaining Excel-based financial models
  • Handling tax-related and administrative finance tasks
  • Identifying opportunities to simplify and improve processes

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys structure, autonomy, and getting things done.

Your Qualifications

  • Well organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • Practical experience in accounting, monthly close, and tax matters
  • Strong written German and a very good command of English
  • Solid Excel skills and ideally experience with Bexio
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting position
