Votre mission

Vous accompagnez nos clients tout au long du cycle de vie de leurs projets IA, de l'idéation à la mise en production, en déployant des solutions fiables et évolutives utilisées à grande échelle. Vous contribuez également à la vision stratégique et au développement de Novatix, tout en encadrant et en coachant l'équipe d'ingénieurs et de consultants IA.

Responsabilités

  • Développer et déployer des solutions IA capables de gérer des centaines d'utilisateurs simultanés.
  • Concevoir et optimiser des infrastructures IA en utilisant Terraform, Docker et Kubernetes.
  • Mettre en place des pipelines MLOps pour automatiser le déploiement, la mise à jour et la surveillance des modèles IA.
  • Déployer des modèles IA sur le cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) et en environnement on-premise.
  • Mettre en œuvre des solutions de monitoring et de maintenance des modèles IA en production.
  • Sécuriser les déploiements IA en appliquant les meilleures pratiques en sécurité cloud, API et chiffrement des données.
  • Gérer des pipelines de données à grande échelle en utilisant Databricks, Dataiku ou Snowflake
  • Effectuer une veille technologique pour intégrer les dernières avancées en IA et optimiser les solutions existantes.

Qualifications

  • Solide expérience
    dans le développement et le déploiement de solutions IA en production.
  • Expertise prouvée dans
    le déploiement et la scalabilité d'applications IA
    .
  • Expérience avec
    MLOps, DevOps et pipelines CI/CD
    (GitHub, GitLab).
  • Maîtrise des
    technologies de model serving
    (FastAPI, Flask ou équivalent).
  • Solide connaissance des
    plateformes IA cloud
    (Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI).
  • Expertise en
    Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Kubernetes et Docker
    .
  • Expérience dans la
    gestion de bases de données volumineuses et pipelines de données
    .
  • Langues : Maîtrise du
    français et de l'anglais
    .
