About the Role

In this key role, you will drive marketing initiatives across the Alpen Group, including our newly acquired furniture and lifestyle business, Forms Gallery. You will plan and execute campaigns, manage our online shop, create marketing content, and coordinate with partners and internal teams—playing a central role in shaping the group's brand presence.

What We're Looking For

You're a proactive marketing professional with:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in luxury, lifestyle, or financial services.
  • Experience managing e-commerce platforms and online shops.
  • Strong skills in Office tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
  • Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
  • Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and performing under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and accuracy.
  • Flexible, dynamic, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience coordinating with partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • High level of discretion and integrity.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across all Alpen Group business units.
  • Manage and optimize the Forms Gallery online shop, including product and content management.
  • Create marketing materials for print, digital, and social media channels.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with partners, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement optimizations.
  • Support events, exhibitions, and PR initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand presence across all channels.
