French Customer Service Representative (Remote in Portugal during the Summertime)

Were looking for empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive individuals fluent in French and English to help us create positive online experiences for millions. What Youll Do

  • Provide empathetic, accurate, and timely support to Facebook users.
  • Monitor and resolve abuse reports, help users with account issues, and improve platform experience.
  • Stay up to date on community standards and advocate for users best interests.
  • Spot trends, escalate complex issues, and contribute to global support improvements.

What Were Looking For

  • Fluency in French and English with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong sense of empathy and a passion for community well-being.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for trends and solutions.
  • Familiarity with Facebook (training provided).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: 1050 gross/month x 14 per year + free accomodation OR Base Salary: 1250 gross/month x 14 per year + without accomodation
  • Remote-first culture with freedom to work from Portugal.
