About us:

Foldini is born in Zürich - a food concept that reimagines Italian pasta traditions with creativity, freshness, and soul.

In February 2026, we'll open the doors of our first pop-up at Zürich Main Station (HB), a place to share our love for pasta fresca, good energy and great culinary experiences rooted in simplicity.

This is just the beginning. We're dreaming much bigger: bringing Foldini and our meals to new cities and new people. Exploring new flavours and combinations. Always with the same spirit as on day one.

Tasks

The job you'll be doing:

You'll be a key part of the Foldini team, working hands-on in daily operations — cooking, preparing, serving and keeping everything running smoothly.

Your goal: deliver high-quality pasta dishes quickly, consistently, and with great customer service.

Responsibilities and tasks that you master:


• Cook and prepare pasta dishes, sauces and garnishes

• Serve customers, take orders, handle payments

• Keep the kitchen and service area clean and organised

• Support with deliveries, restocking and inventory checks

• Follow hygiene and food-safety standards at all times

Requirements

Skills, experience and qualifications that you bring with you:


• Experience in a kitchen or food-service environment (fast-casual or takeaway a plus)

• Basic cooking and organisation skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced setting

• Friendly, reliable, customer-focused attitude

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and busy hours

• Languages: German and/or English
