Document Processing Platform Engineer / Input Management Developer (Senior Level)

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Document Processing Platform Engineer mit fundiertem Know-how im Bereich Input Management und Enterprise Softwareentwicklung.

In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung intelligenter Dokumentenverarbeitungs- und Automatisierungslösungen auf Basis moderner Technologien und Cloud-Infrastrukturen.

Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Unternehmenskunden zusammen von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung und übersetzt komplexe Geschäftsprozesse in skalierbare, effiziente und sichere IT-Lösungen. Dabei bewegst du dich sicher in Beratungsumgebungen und kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe mit C-Level Stakeholdern.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Design und Implementierung von Dokumentenverarbeitungs-Workflows mit smartFix, Parashift (ML/LLM), DocProStar und Enterprise Bot
  • Entwicklung und Wartung hochwertiger Softwarelösungen mit IntelliJ, PyCharm, MS Visual Studio und Android Studio
  • Aufbau und Verwaltung von CI/CD-Pipelines mit Git, Maven und Jenkins
  • Datenbankdesign und -optimierung mit MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB und Oracle
  • Betrieb und Skalierung von Anwendungen in der Azure Cloud (AKS)
  • Anwendung von Software Design Patterns sowie Durchführung von Unit- und Integrationstests
  • Mitarbeit in agilen Entwicklungsteams (Scrum)
  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden inklusive C-Level Stakeholder Management

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Input Management (smartFix, Parashift, DocProStar, Enterprise Bot)
  • Erfahrung in Beratungsprojekten bei Drittkunden
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in agiler Softwareentwicklung, Softwarearchitektur und Testautomatisierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Cloud-Technologien (AKS) und DevOps-Tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins)
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Muttersprache Schweizerdeutsch oder Deutsch auf C2-Niveau (zwingend)
  • Von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit AI-/LLM-basierten Dokumentenklassifikationen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Enterprise Content Management (ECM) oder Workflow-Automatisierung
  • Erfahrung mit Hybrid- oder Multi-Cloud-Umgebungen
