Key Responsibilities

  • Support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives with a focus on regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to deliver tailored analytics solutions that meet business needs.
  • Create, maintain, and update documentation with high accuracy and diligence.
  • Evaluate and manage change requests raised by the business to ensure smooth process adaptations.
  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc data analysis and reports to support decision-making and compliance monitoring.
  • Potentially design, develop, validate, implement, and monitor analytical models for Compliance process controls and executions.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a data scientist, preferably in project environments.
  • Strong background in Banking with focus on Compliance, Risk Management, and Legal frameworks.
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree from a university of applied sciences in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, mathematics), economics, or banking and finance.
  • Advanced skills in database programming (e.g., SQL) and programming languages such as Python.
  • Experience with project management or business analysis is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English (main business language); additional languages are a plus.
