Global F&B Inventory & S&OP Manager (m/f/d) – Your future position?

In this exciting role, you will establish the inventory strategy for the full F&B division and implement it in partnership with operations and supply chain teams, and further improve the S&OP Process for the F&B Division. This position requires an experienced leader able to facilitate and drive results in a fast paced and demanding environment, applying your strong interpersonal and leadership skills. You will work with Global & Regional Functions, including Supply & Demand, Controlling, Manufacturing, Procurement & FIB, and GBS Supply Planning.

Reporting to the Global Head of Strategic Supply, your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Inventory &S&OP

  • Establish the Global F&B Inventory strategy and implement it in partnership with regional supply chain teams.

  • Further deploy and improve the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Process within F&B, in partnership with the regions.

  • Recommend and maintain inventory levels at multiple stages of the supply chain to achieve both customer satisfaction levels and Inventory & CDI Targets of the Division.

  • Take appropriate actions in case Inventory is not following projections or budget.

  • Prepare the Global yearly Inventory Budget for F&B.

  • Establish the regional Inventory Budget. Improve the logic of budget calculation.

  • Increase the efficiency of Inventory Management through improved processes and tools, including better inventory projection.

  • Establish the Global Planning Parameters Strategy for F&B. Reduce complexity and exceptions, especially for Safety Stock.

  • Create and maintain the Inventory F&B Guidelines.

  • Prepare and lead the monthly Global Inventory Calls, including updates of Global F&B Inventory Projections.

  • Help prepare the F&B Global S&OP Executive Meeting.

  • Document and share Inventory best practices across the regions.

  • Guide continuous improvements in all aspects of business operations.

Key to success in this position is the ability to combine hard skills including knowledge of Givaudan Supply Chain, Planning systems and processes, and soft skills including leadership, relationship building, influencing, facilitation skills.

Your professional profile includes:

● Engineering degree – MSc in a technical field

● At least 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations or Controlling function, including 6+ years in a regional or global leadership position.

● Strong analytical skills with demonstrated proficiency in Demand & Supply management, Inventory Optimization with an understanding of their Financial and Operational impacts.

● Able to work in a matrix environment and to work with diverse partners.

● Fluency in English and French. Spanish is beneficial.
