Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

•Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams im Aussendienst
•Rekrutierung von neuen Vorsorgeberatenden
•Festlegung von Verkaufszielen sowie Erarbeitung von Entwicklungsplänen
•Aktive Unterstützung des Generalagenten in der systematischen Marktbearbeitung
•Durchführung sowie Sicherstellung von umfassenden Vorsorge- und Finanzberatungen
•Betreuung und Ausbau eines eigenen Kundenportfolios

Ihre Stärken

•Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Versicherungsbranche (dipl. Finanzberater IAF oder Finanzplaner eidg. FA) von Vorteil
•Leadership und hohe Motivation, Vorsorgeberatende zum Erfolg zu führen und dabei auch selbst im Verkauf als Vorbild zu agieren
•Begeisterungsfähige, gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Verkaufs- und Sozialkompetenzen
•Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft mit zielorientierter und gut organisierter Arbeitsweise
•Kommunikationsfähigkeit gepaart mit Verhandlungsgeschick und hoher Kundenorientierung
