We're looking for a dynamic and driven Account Manager, Sales to join our Melide office full-time. In this pivotal role, you will actively seek new opportunities within the market, manage key accounts, negotiate sales agreements, and collaborate with our internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, Sales, located in Melide. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, maintaining and building customer relationships, and effective communication with clients. The role also requires addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and contributing to sales targets.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Specialist, you will be an essential part of our sales team and be responsible for:
- Independently developing and managing a portfolio of private clients, both nationally and internationally;
- Building strong, long-term relationships with wine enthusiasts and collectors;
- Identifying new business opportunities in target markets;
- Providing personalized consulting and offering exclusive wine selections and rare vintages;
- Coordinating with our internal logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery;
- Staying up to date with market trends, vintage news, and rare wine opportunities.
Requirements
- Native or C1-C2 level proficiency in Chinese is a MUST.. Knowledge of any other language is a plus
- at least C1 LEVEL in English or Italian.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or high-end hospitality (experience with luxury goods is a plus);
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently;
- Passion or interest in fine wines and luxury gastronomy.
