Du gestaltest die People & Culture Landschaft aktiv mit und unterstützt uns dabei, die Organisation in ihrer Transformation zu begleiten und weiterzuentwickeln.

  • Du verantwortest den Employee Life Cycle von Hiring bis Offboarding
  • Du unterstützt und berätst Führungskräfte und das Management in allen HR- und arbeitsrechtlichen Themen
  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Führungskräften Strategien, um sie bei der Erreichung der Geschäftsziele zu unterstützen
  • Du setzt unsere People & Culture Strategie um und bringst dich aktiv in Transformations- und Change-Prozesse ein
  • Du entwickelst und implementierst lokale P&C-Konzepte und begleitest Veränderungsprozesse
  • Du führst die jährlichen P&C-Prozessen– z. B. Compensation & Talent Review oder Performance-Potential-Matrix
  • Du unterstützt oder übernimmst Verantwortung in einem oder mehreren P&C-Prozessen, z. B. in den Bereichen:
  • Talent & Succession / Leadership & Culture
  • Governance (Beschäftigungsbedingungen, Richtlinien & Anweisungen)
  • Employer Branding / Recruiting & Kommunikation
  • Je nach Erfahrung und Interesse übernimmst Du die Prozessverantwortung und oder die fachliche Führung eines oder mehrerer People Partner

Das macht dich aus

  • Ausbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie, Organisationsentwicklung oder Technologie mit Erfahrung im HR-Bereich respektive einer modernen People & Culture Organisation
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungsfähigkeiten
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sowie in zentralen HR-Prozessen – von Recruiting über Performance bis Compensation & Benefits
  • Du hast Erfahrung in Change- oder Organisationsentwicklungsprojekten und Freude daran, Wandel aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Du überzeugst durch analytisches Denken, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative
  • Du kommunizierst klar, empathisch und souverän - auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • (Für Senior-Profile:) Du bringst strategische Beratungskompetenz, Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management und idealerweise Führungserfahrung mit

  • Flexible Jahresarbeitszeit basierend auf einer 40h Woche, bei einer 100% Anstellung
  • Ferienanspruch: 25 Tage ab Alter 20, 27 Tage ab Alter 40 und 30 Tage ab Alter 50
