For our successful Drug Product focused branch located in Basel and Stein, Switzerland, we have exciting opportunities. What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with Group branding and messaging
  • Create engaging content for internal channels, including email and intranet
  • Organize employee meetings and town halls to foster transparency and connection
  • Drive engagement initiatives based on survey feedback and continuous listening
  • Coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partnerships and volunteer activities
  • Support crisis communication and ensure timely stakeholder messaging
  • Create content for Lonza's LinkedIn page following Group guidelines

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, ideally in an international matrix organization
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams
  • Experience in crisis communication and change management methodologies
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
