Avec notre équipe dynamique, tu gères les opérations, la résolution de problèmes, et tu t'occupes des demandes des clients dans le cadre de nos activités de «Managed Services». Notre équipe est composée d'environ 90 collaborateurs. Nous sommes organisés de manière agile, avec une orientation client par domaine d'activité. Intégrité, engagement et partage sont les valeurs fondamentales de l'équipe. Rejoindre notre équipe, c'est intégrer un groupe d'experts chevronnés, évoluant dans une ambiance agréable et stimulante. - Gestion des opérations et résolution d'incidents
- Garantie du respect des services
- Identification d'opportunités d'automatisation des activités de support
- Participation au développement des "Managed Services"
Tes compétences
- Plusieurs années d'expériences dans les opérations de réseaux
- Larges connaissances dans le Routing et Switching (Nexus, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), ainsi que WLAN (Cisco)
- Connaissances dans les domaines suivants: Firewall (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet), NAC (ISE), Proxy (ZScaler), PAM (Wallix), Reverse Proxy, Load Balancer
- Autonome et proactif
- Très bon niveau de français et d'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral
- Résident en Suisse
