We are looking for a
Senior AR Accountant (H/F/X)
, for our client, an
international company
in
Geneva, Switzerland
, to join its
finance department within a multi-entity structure
for a permanent role :

Mission:

  • You oversee and coordinate the full cycle of client accounting operations, including monitoring payments, invoicing, and reconciliation activities across different sales channels.
  • You ensure the accuracy and compliance of cash flow processes, including daily controls, discrepancy analysis, and improvement initiatives.
  • You manage the processing and verification of client reimbursements and credit notes, resolving discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams.
  • You lead the administrative and financial handling of travel-related expenses and employee reimbursements.
  • You contribute to the analysis and reporting of financial indicators, such as aged balances, payment delays, and accounting performance metrics.

Profile:

  • You bring a solid background in client accounting, with at least 5 years of experience, ideally in a retail or multi-entity environment.
  • You are fluent in both
    French and English
    (German is a plus), and comfortable working in an international setting.
  • You master accounting tools such as Excel and ERP systems.
  • You demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and known for your interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • You have a strong understanding of applicable accounting and tax regulations and are committed to maintaining process compliance and internal control standards.
