Als Mitarbeiter im Team «Product Development Axial Turbochargers» arbeiten Sie in der Division Medium und Low Speed in Baden/Schweiz. Sie sind direkter Ansprechpartner für unseren Produktions- und Lizenzpartner in Asien. In dieser Rolle tragen Sie massgeblich dazu bei, qualitativ und technologisch hochwertige Turbolader Lieferungen sicherzustellen.

Neben der Unterstützung unseres Lizenzpartners im Serie Geschäft begleiten Sie die Arbeiten in Produktentwicklungsprojekten und stellen die erfolgreiche Implementierung von Produkten in der Produktion unseres Partners sicher. In Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Teams übernehmen Sie die Leitung von Lokalisierungsvorhaben für Produkte und einzelne Komponenten. Im Rahmen des Produktlebenszyklus übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Aufrechterhaltung unserer hohen Qualitätsanforderungen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Aufbau und Pflege einer Beziehung zum Lizenzpartner.
  • Schnittstelle und erste Kontaktperson für technische Unterstützung zum Produkt und für die Produkt- und Produktionsdokumentation.
  • Change-Management über den kompletten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg.
  • Erteilung von Zertifizierungen für Produkte und Bauteile.
  • Pflege des lizenzierten Produktportfolios. Übernahme einzelner Lokalisierungsthemen in Zusammenarbeit mit Teams vor Ort.
  • Technische Verwendbarkeitsabklärungen von Bauteilen, welche die Qualitätsanforderungen nicht vollumfänglich erfüllen.
  • Erstellung oder Überarbeitung von technischen Dokumenten im Bereich Qualitätsanforderungen oder technischen Anforderungen von Bauteilen.
  • Technische Schulungen und Unterstützung über die gesamte Lieferkette hinweg.
  • Reisebereitschaft nach Asien (10%).

Ihre Anforderungen:

  • Abschluss in Maschinenbau oder Produktion (MSc, BSc oder äquivalent).
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften ist von Vorteil.
  • 7+ Jahre Erfahrung im ähnlichen Umfeld sowie im Umgang mit Kooperationspartnern.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich mechanisches Design, Produktion und Qualitätsprozessen.
  • Gutes technisches und kommerzielles Verständnis im Bereich Fertigungstechnologie und Konstruktion.
  • Offene Denkweise, Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld.
  • Moderations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten innerhalb und außerhalb der Organisation.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1) sind erforderlich.
