Four our client, we are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead a global portfolio of strategic HR initiatives within a dynamic and evolving business environment. This role combines project leadership with strategic HR business partnering, focusing on transformation, organizational change, and operational excellence across multiple international functions.

You will drive cross-functional HR programs, ensure alignment with business priorities, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in project management, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder engagement in complex, matrixed organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage global HR transformation initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and operational execution
  • Develop and implement project governance frameworks, timelines, and reporting structures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR-related workstreams
  • Translate HR data into actionable insights using advanced analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
  • Prepare executive-level briefings and presentations to support decision-making and project visibility
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to selected global business units, supporting leadership in people strategy execution
  • Drive change management, organizational design, and workforce planning initiatives

Your Profile:

  • 7+ years of experience in HR, project management, or related analytical functions within international organizations
  • Proven track record in leading complex HR programs, ideally including transformation or restructuring projects
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization
  • High proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
  • Degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or Project Management (Master's preferred)
  • Fluent in English (business level)
