Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking a
Fiduciary Specialist / Accountant
with solid experience in the fiduciary field and a desire to advance their professional expertise. In this role, you will manage client mandates independently, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance under Swiss regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage SME clients across all fiduciary and accounting matters.
  • Maintain financial ledgers including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment processes.
  • Prepare VAT returns and periodic financial statements under the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).
  • Handle payroll accounting, including social security and personnel administration.
  • Prepare tax returns for individuals and legal entities.

Profile

  • Completed commercial education with further training as a
    Trustee with Federal Certification
    or in progress.
  • Several years of experience in fiduciary or accounting services.
  • Proven knowledge of Swiss GAAP and statutory financial reporting.
  • Fluent in
    German (C2)
    ; good to very good
    English (B2/C1)
    .
  • Proficient in
    MS Office, Abacus, and Dr. Tax
    .
  • Independent, precise, and structured work ethic with strong numerical and analytical skills.
