Aufgaben
  • Du wirst den vielleicht geilsten Job der Schweiz machen dürfen - 1 Jahr komplette crazy freie Hand
  • Entwicklung von Guerilla Kampagnen

    Du entwickelst kreative und unkonventionelle Aktionen, die Aufmerksamkeit erzeugen und Menschen überraschen. Von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung liegt alles bei dir.
  • Viral Content Creation

    Du planst und produzierst (gewünscht aber keine Pflicht) Inhalte für TikTok, Reels und Shorts. Du setzt auf starke Hooks und klare Stories.
  • Planung und Organisation von Stunts

    Du recherchierst geeignete Orte und planst Materialien und Abläufe, damit Ideen schnell und wirkungsvoll umgesetzt werden.
  • Produktion vor Ort

    Du filmst, fotografierst und setzt deine Konzepte direkt um.
  • Postproduktion

    Du schneidest und bearbeitest die produzierten Inhalte und bereitest sie optimal für Social Media auf.
  • Praktikumsdauer

    12 Monate
Qualifikation
  • Ausbildung: Du hast eine Ausbildung im Bereich Multimedia, Film, Grafikdesign oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet abgeschlossen. Falls deine Fähigkeiten im Bereich Video Schnitt oder Marketing schon ausgeprägt sind, kannst du uns auch ohne Ausbildung begeistern.
  • Interesse an Guerilla Marketing und kreativen Social Media Ideen

    Freude daran, unkonventionelle Konzepte zu entwickeln und in die Realität umzusetzen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit TikTok und Instagram Reels

    Verständnis für aktuelle Trends und wie Social Media Aufmerksamkeit erzeugt
  • Grundkenntnisse in Videoproduktion und Fotografie. Erfahrung mit Kameraarbeit
  • Fähigkeiten im Videoschnitt

    Idealerweise Erfahrungen mit Schnittprogrammen wie Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro oder Davinci Resolve
  • Organisationsfähigkeit und Eigenverantwortung

    Strukturierte Vorbereitung von Aktionen und verlässliche Umsetzung
  • Spass an spontanen Einsätzen im urbanen Umfeld

    Keine Scheu auf Menschen zuzugehen und draussen aktiv zu sein
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke

    Offener Austausch mit dem Team und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit
  • Als junges Startup können wir keine kompetitiven Praktikumslöhne zahlen. Darum braucht es die Bereitschaft das Praktikum als Investition zu sehen - im Gegenzug bringen wir dir viel bei und du darfst dich maximal austoben
