Du bearbeitest technische Anfragen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support und sorgst für eine effiziente Störungsbehebung. Als IT-Netzwerktechniker planst und führst Du regelmässige Wartungen an Netzwerksystemen durch. Du konzipierst und realisierst Integrationsprojekte zur Erweiterung und Optimierung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur. In dieser Position erstellst Du technische Dokumentationen, Systemübersichten und Konzepte. RequirementsDu hast eine Fachausbildung in Informatik abgeschlossen oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit Sicherheitslösungen wie Cisco ISE, NAC oder WebProxy Du hast mehrjährige Praxis mit Netzwerkkomponenten wie Cisco Meraki, Cisco Classic und Nexus Kenntnisse in Fortinet-Technologien, insbesondere Perimeter- und DataCenter-Firewalls sowie VPN, zeichnen dich aus Skriptsprachen wie Python oder Regex nutzt du souverän zur Automatisierung oder Analyse Du arbeitest selbstständig, bist teamorientiert und bringst hohe Sicherheits- und Qualitätsansprüche mit
