The Position

Als Process/Recipe Engineer lieferst Du Lösungen bei Basel Drug Substance Manufacturing für eine sichere und qualitativ hochwertige Antikörper Produktion. Du dienst sowohl unseren Patienten als auch unseren Mitarbeitern, indem Du Prozessverbesserungen entwickelst und implementierst und den Dialog und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen lokalen und globalen Funktionen in den Bereichen Entwicklung, Innovation und Regulatory förderst. Innerhalb unseres RePeng-Teams (Recipe and Process Engineering) suchen wir Dich als Process/Recipe Engineer zur Entwicklung und Pflege unserer Produktions-Rezepte.

Die Möglichkeit:

Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Optimierung von Rezepten und MES-Auftragsvorlagen und/oder für Warenverwaltung und Rohstoffmanagement. Des Weiteren:

  • Technische und wissenschaftliche Unterstützung für robuste und effiziente Herstellungsprozesse im GMP-Umfeld, einschließlich Bereitschaftsdienst

  • Planung und Koordination von Fehlerbehebungsaktivitäten und Ursachenanalysen in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen

  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Optimierung von Rezepten und MES-Auftragsvorlagen sowie Waren- und Rohstoffmanagement

  • Umgang mit geplanten und ungeplanten Ereignissen nach GMP-Richtlinien

  • Überprüfung und Genehmigung elektronischer Chargenprotokolle für kommerzielle und klinische Produkte

  • Leitung oder Unterstützung von Optimierungsprojekten und Einführung neuer Technologien oder Produkte

  • Erstellung und Präsentation von Konzepten, Dokumenten und Assessments bei GMP-Audits und Behördeninspektionen

Wer Du bist:

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Chemie- und Pharmatechnologe mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung oder abgeschlossenes Studium mit wissenschaftlicher oder technischer Fachrichtung, vorzugsweise in Biotechnologie, Bioverfahrenstechnik, Pharmatechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. Des Weiteren:

  • 2-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der biotechnologischen Entwicklung, Produktion oder Qualitätssicherung von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung mit hochautomatisierten Anlagen (PLS und MES)

  • Erfahrung mit Rezepterstellung mit Siemens PCS7 und Unicorn Methodenrezeptierung von Vorteil

  • Zeitgerechte, effektive Kommunikation sowie Sinn für Dringlichkeit

  • Sehr gutes GMP Verständnis, sowie Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein

  • Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit, Entscheidungsfreudigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise in einem komplexen Umfeld

  • Fliessende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (Wort und Schrift) und Englisch
