- la gestion du portefeuille clients existant et l'établissement de nouveaux contacts
- la garantie et la gestion de la satisfaction client
- le conseil et la distribution des solutions et services Finnova
- la négociation avec les décideurs à tous les niveaux
- une gestion active du pipeline
- avec ton expérience de plusieurs années en tant que gestionnaire de comptes, dans un rôle lié à la vente ou au conseil, idéalement dans le secteur bancaire/les produits logiciels, et tes connaissances approfondies du secteur bancaire
- avec ta formation supérieure en gestion d'entreprise, finance ou informatique
- grâce à ton attitude de partenaire consultatif, qui traite les questions bancaires et techniques avec nos clients et identifie leurs besoins
- grâce à tes compétences convaincantes en matière de présentation et de communication
- grâce à ta maîtrise du français (niveau C1) et à tes connaissances en allemand ou en anglais (niveau B2)
