YOUR CAPCO DAY

• Develop innovative Data Science solutions and utilize cutting-edge technologies such as Machine Learning and generative AI to align with business objectives and data strategies.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define data architecture strategies, integrate analytics solutions into enterprise ecosystems, and establish effective data pipelines and workflows.
• Develop scalable data models and ETL processes, and maintain best practices for data preparation, transformation, and governance.
• Provide technical leadership in project workflows, integrations, and customizations to meet client-specific requirements.
• Conduct workshops to gather business and technical needs and translate them into actionable Data Science solutions.

YOUR CAPCO-FIT

• Successful completion of a degree in a relevant field and extensive experience in data architecture, data modeling, and ETL development.
• Solid knowledge in data management, machine learning workflows, and data governance concepts.
• Experience in stakeholder management with the ability to align technical solutions with broader business strategies and objectives.
• Consulting mindset, showing flexibility to adapt to dynamic client environments, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop efficient and scalable data solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and other modern technologies is essential.
• Excellent proficiency in German is required; fluency in French is an advantage for effective collaboration in multilingual environments.
• Hands-on coding capabilities in data engineering are crucial, with a proven ability to align and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders on data requirements.
