In dieser anspruchsvollen und wichtigen Funktion bist du verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Verwaltung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, die auf unterschiedliche Zielgruppen wie Endanwender, Service-Teams und Produktionsmitarbeitende zugeschnitten sind.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung von Benutzerdokumentationen (vorwiegend in Englisch), wie Bedienungs-, Service- und Software-Handbüchern
  • Erstellung von Montageanleitungen und Prüfanweisungen für die Produktfertigung
  • Inhaltserstellung und -pflege im XML-basierten CMS (Schema ST4) sowie in DTP-Anwendungen (Adobe FrameMaker)
  • Einhaltung und Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen
  • Integration dokumentationsrelevanter Inhalte aus Risikoanalysen
  • Produktfotografie und Bildbearbeitung
  • Erstellung technischer Illustrationen aus 2D- und 3D-Daten
  • Verfassen und Redigieren von Texten in Englisch und Deutsch
  • Koordination von Übersetzungsaufträgen und Terminologiemanagement

Dein Profil

Wir suchen Menschen, die ihre Leidenschaft und ihr Fachwissen einbringen:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium und Weiterbildung zum Technischen Redakteur oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Technische Redaktion oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Technischer Redakteur
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen DTP-, Illustrations- und Bildbearbeitungstools (FrameMaker, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Erfahrung mit Schema ST4 oder anderen CMS (z. B. TIMRS, Cosima)
  • Kenntnisse in gängiger 3D-Illustrationssoftware (z. B. Creo Illustrate, 3DViaComposer oder vergleichbare Software)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprache) und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Fähigkeit, relevante Informationen zu beschaffen und zielgruppengerechte Dokumentationen zu erstellen, die regulatorische und unternehmensspezifische Anforderungen erfüllen
  • Teamfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
