Trainee, People & Culture

Als Trainee unterstützt du das HR-Team im Tagesgeschäft und wirkst aktiv an vielfältigen Themen entlang des Employee Lifecycles mit.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Du bist Teil der HR-Administration und kümmerst dich um On- und Offboardings, Verträge, Arbeitszeugnisse sowie die Pflege von Zeiterfassung und Abwesenheiten

  • Du unterstützt im monatlichen Payroll-Prozess 

  • Du unterstützt bei spannenden Projekten

  • Du unterstützt im Rekrutierungsprozess bei Stellenausschreibungen und Bewerbermanagement

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder eine Ausbildung mit HR-Bezug (HR-Assistent/in)

  • Erste Berufserfahrung im HR (1–2 Jahre), idealerweise in einem dynamischen, internationalen Umfeld

  • Du bringst erste Kenntnisse im Payroll und gute Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht mit und bist Zahlenaffin

  • Du hast Freude an administrativen Abläufen und arbeitest gerne selbständig, strukturiert und proaktiv

  • Mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) bist du schon bestens vertraut

  • Du hast Kenntnisse mit Abacus, Workday-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

  • Du bist eine teamorientierte, verlässliche Persönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent und Begeisterung für HR
