Ingénieur DevOps
pour renforcer l'équipe de notre client basé à Genève. Ce poste s'inscrit dans le cadre d'un projet stratégique de migration de la plateforme Corp Platform d'une infrastructure On Prem vers AWS. Un architecte AWS a récemment rejoint l'équipe, ce qui permet d'envisager des profils ayant une expérience multi-cloud.

Responsabilités du poste

  • Concevoir, développer et maintenir des plateformes DevOps fiables en s'appuyant sur AWS, Azure, GitHub et autres technologies associées.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de développement, d'infrastructure, de cybersécurité et de gestion des risques pour garantir la conformité aux standards et bonnes pratiques.
  • Encourager l'adoption des principes DevOps au sein de l'organisation, en favorisant l'automatisation et l'amélioration continue.
  • Mettre en œuvre des solutions d'infrastructure via des outils d'automatisation et d'infrastructure as code (Terraform, Puppet, Ansible).
  • Gérer les pipelines CI/CD et assurer leur bon fonctionnement.
  • Développer des scripts et outils en Go, Python, Java, Bash ou PowerShell pour automatiser les processus.
  • Participer à l'optimisation de la sécurité, de l'intégration et de la gestion des identités et des accès.
  • Contribuer à la fiabilité des systèmes de messagerie et des bases de données (IBM MQ, Kafka, Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

*Prérequis du poste*

  • Maîtrise des principaux domaines de l'architecture IT : sécurité, intégration, réseaux, gestion des identités et des accès.
  • Expérience confirmée en développement logiciel avec des langages tels que Python, Java, Go, Bash ou équivalents.
  • Compétence avérée dans l'utilisation d'outils d'automatisation et d'infrastructure as code (Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes).
  • Bonne connaissance des environnements cloud, notamment AWS et Azure.
  • Familiarité avec les systèmes de gestion de bases de données et de messagerie (IBM MQ, Kafka, Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire et à communiquer efficacement.
  • Sens de l'initiative et volonté de promouvoir les pratiques DevOps.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de pipelines CI/CD et dans le scripting orienté automatisation.
