Your responsibilities will include:Managing a customer portfolio: ensuring day-to-day monitoring of contracts, responding to specific requests, and anticipating needs.
Support in the development and creation of customised leasing offers to ensure that customer needs are optimally met.
Responsibility for the proper administration of contracts and documentation, including monitoring deadlines, updating contract details and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and legal requirements.
Internal coordination: working in synergy with the sales, technical, delivery and customer service teams, etc.
Analysis of customer and contract data to gain insights, identify trends and generate regular reports that contribute to improving service quality and identifying business opportunities.
Commercial qualification or comparable experience in administration
Very good knowledge of German and English, French or/and Italian is an advantage
Ideally, experience in the automotive or financial services sector
Good understanding of mobility issues (TCO, electrification, etc.)
Sales oriented, sense of service
Excellent skills in reporting tools (Excel, CRM etc.)
39.5 working hours per week
Meal allowance (monthly)
Minimum 25 days of holiday
