Le projet

Vous intervenez dans le cadre d'une refonte complète de l'architecture Data. L'environnement actuel, basé principalement sur MongoDB, présente des limites en matière de sécurité, de gouvernance, de performances et d'ouverture des données. Votre mission est de concevoir et déployer une plateforme moderne, performante et sécurisée, permettant un véritable self-service analytics.

Responsabilités principales

  • Refonte de la chaîne Data de bout en bout (ingestion, transformation, exposition).
  • Développement et optimisation de pipelines ETL / ELT en Python.
  • Mise en place et administration de l'orchestration avec Airflow.
  • Amélioration de la gouvernance des données : catalogage, qualité, gestion des accès, audit.
  • Mise en œuvre de mécanismes d'anonymisation et de pseudonymisation.
  • Conception d'un accès sécurisé aux données sensibles (permissions fines, traçabilité).
  • Participation à la création d'une architecture moderne (virtualisation, query engines, lakehouse).
  • Contribution aux bonnes pratiques de sécurité, audit et monitoring.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience significative en Data Engineering moderne.
  • Maîtrise de Python et des pipelines distribués (ETL / ELT).
  • Solide expérience en orchestration (Airflow).
  • Très bonne compréhension des enjeux de sécurité et de gouvernance data.
  • Capacité à travailler sur des données sensibles et dans des environnements complexes.
  • Autonomie, rigueur, sens de l'analyse et esprit collaboratif.
