Job description:

Mission 1:
Pilotage du chiffre d'affaires & de la performance clients

  • Suivre, analyser et projeter le chiffre d'affaires (sell-in, sell-out, stocks) par enseigne et par segment.
  • Identifier les écarts vs forecast et formuler des recommandations actionnables.
  • Produire les reportings opérationnels (quotidiens, hebdomadaires, mensuels) destinés aux équipes commerciales et à la direction.
  • Construire et suivre les KPIs de performance clients (croissance, mix produits, rentabilité, niveau de stocks).

Mission 2:
Développement du business et visibilité des opportunités

  • Identifier les opportunités de croissance sur les segments clés, les activations trade, le merchandising et la digitalisation.
  • Challenger les enseignes sur la base de données fiables : tendances marché, progression Clarins, benchmarks internes.
  • Proposer des plans d'action orientés croissance rentable et maîtrise des stocks.

Mission 3:
Relation et gestion opérationnelle des clients Wholesale

  • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié pour piloter les performances, les enjeux business et les besoins opérationnels.
  • Est garant la coordination entre Client – Commercial – Supply – Finance.
  • Assurer une communication claire, régulière et structurée pour renforcer la relation et soutenir la croissance.

Mission 4:
Prévisions & pilotage financier

  • Est responsable des forecasts sell-in, sell-out, stock (par enseigne, catégorie, segment).
  • Analyser la rentabilité client et évaluer les impacts des actions commerciales (ROI, rentabilité par activation).
  • Suivre proactivement le P&L client avec pragmatisme (CA, marges, niveaux de stock, investissements).

Mission 5:
Fiabilisation et exploitation de la donnée commerciale

  • Consolider les données SISO et garantir un niveau d'exactitude et de fiabilité irréprochable.
  • Est responsable de la maitrise des outils BI (Datamart, Cognos, Power BI) de son client.
  • Automatiser les reportings et optimiser les outils de pilotage interne.

Mission 6:
Leadership transversal et coordination interne

  • Mobiliser les équipes internes (marketing, trade, merchandising, supply, finance) autour d'un plan d'action client cohérent.
  • Préparer des analyses claires pour les comités de direction.
  • Apporter une lecture business simple, pédagogique et orientée solutions.

Education/Degree or equivalent:

Ecole de commerce ou master en commerce

5 à 7 ans
