This is a strategic leadership role where you will shape the future of our client-facing business, integrating key functions such as RFPs, Client Portfolio Management, Consultant Relations, and Marketing. With a team of roughly 40 professionals under your leadership, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our client engagement materials and processes to new heights.

What would your role be?
As the Global Head of Client Content Centre, you will be at the forefront of transforming Vontobel's client engagement functions in the newly established 'Client Content Centre'. Your mission will be to ensure that our client engagement and activation strategy is not only innovative and client-centric but also executed efficiently, leading to a best-in-class client journey. Reporting to the Head of Institutional Clients, you will lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic change in a matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and manage the early client journey: cultivating awareness, engaging interest, and fostering informed consideration
• Provide strategic oversight of client collateral, activation materials, and multichannel distribution
• Elevate marketing efforts through a cohesive, top-down approach, ensuring clarity and consistency across client-facing outputs
• Strengthen processes and collaboration between client content teams, embedding best practices and fostering innovation
• Oversee high-quality, timely RFP management and responses, ensuring continuous improvement in execution
• Apply emerging technologies including AI to enhance efficiency, process improvement, and digital enablement
• Present a credible, forward-looking vision for the function, positioning it as a cornerstone of client engagement

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, driving strategic change, and delivering high-quality outcomes in complex organisations.

Candidate Profile

• Relevant Experience: Strategic and tactical thinker with a deep commercial approach to clients, an international mindset, and a proven track record of delivering client-centric outcomes
• Technical Expertise: Financially literate across asset classes, with the ability to leverage investment professionals' time effectively and apply new technologies to enhance the client journey
• Leadership & Change Agent: Demonstrated ability to inspire and retain talent, lead by example, and drive transformation in a matrixed structure
• Communication & Presentation: Inspires confidence, presents with credibility and gravitas, and delivers a forward-looking vision for the industry
• Cultural Fit: Highly collaborative, operates with integrity and maturity, and builds strong stakeholder relationships

What are we looking for?

• 12+ years of experience in institutional asset management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multi-functional teams (RFP, Marketing, Client Portfolio Management, Consultant Relations).
• Deep understanding of investment products (equities, fixed income, alternatives, multi-asset).
• Strong network and credibility among institutional investors and consultants.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
