We are looking for a:

Test Train Manager

to oversee the preparation, execution, and safety of dynamic tests on rolling stock. The role is key to ensuring test train availability, operational excellence, and strict adherence to
EHS standards
during testing phases.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee train preparation and availability throughout all test phases.
  • Represent the PrTCM onboard during validation and dynamic commissioning tests.
  • Plan and coordinate test implementation, including staffing, tooling, measurement devices, and spare parts.
  • Ensure test readiness by checking train configuration and environmental conditions.
  • Organize and reserve test track slots in coordination with the Serial Test Manager.
  • Lead test execution and produce detailed test documentation (test events chronology).
  • Coordinate onboard activities and ensure compliance with all EHS rules.
  • Maintain the First Aid kit and manage emergency alert procedures.
  • Continuously update prevention plans and safety procedures to ensure zero severe accidents.

Profile Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent (railway specialization preferred).
  • 4–5 years of experience in
    railway
    product testing.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in dynamic test activities.
  • Strong knowledge of
    EHS requirements
    and
    high-risk activities
    (Electrical work, AZDP, TTO, LOTO).
  • Fluent in
    English
    (French is an advantage).

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Solid technical background in electrical, electronic, mechanical, and network systems.
  • Excellent coordination, organizational, and decision-making skills in complex environments.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and team spirit.
  • Effective communicator, able to collaborate across functions (engineering, manufacturing, quality, industrial).
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
