Position: Tech Lead Full Stack

Our client is seeking a senior
Tech Lead Full Stack
with a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to work closely with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a technical team, supporting developers in debugging and solving complex issues.
  • Conduct regular
    code reviews
    and contribute hands-on to code development.
  • Define, design, and implement
    robust and scalable APIs
    .
  • Work closely with the internal
    Solution Architect
    to ensure architectural alignment.
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and build trust with non-technical counterparts.
  • Configure and manage
    Cloudflare
    components (redirects, workers, pages, zero trust).
  • Support DevOps processes through
    CI/CD pipelines
    and basic Infrastructure-as-Code practices.

Technical Requirements

Languages & Development

  • Strong proficiency in
    Java
    .
  • Competence in at least one of:
    Typescript
    or
    Python
    .
  • Solid experience in API design and backend development.

Cloud & DevOps

  • Basic understanding of
    Infrastructure as Code
    .
  • Hands-on experience deploying code and building
    CI/CD pipelines
    .
  • Ability to debug across the entire following tech stack:

  • Azure
    : Container Apps, Container Registry, KeyVault, Storage Account, PostgreSQL, VNet, Subnet, Private Endpoints, Service Endpoints, PrivateDNS Zones
  • Cloudflare
    : redirects, workers, pages, zero trust
  • Typescript / Python + Bicep
  • GitHub Actions
  • NextJS
  • Adobe AEM
    (basic knowledge is sufficient)

Networking

  • Solid understanding of basic networking principles and CDN configuration.

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to take ownership.
  • Comfortable working in international, multicultural environments.
