What You'll Do

  • Support HR projects and processes at a global scale
  • Assist with data management and reporting in HR systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on organizational initiatives
  • Contribute to audit preparation and compliance activities

What We're Looking For

  • Academic Knowledge in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in German and excellent command of English
  • Interest in HR systems and data analytics (knowledge of Workday is a plus)
