Per primaria realtà del settore informatico, con sede in Chiasso ricerco un/una:

IT SUPPORT

Ricerchiamo una figura proattiva e orientata alla risoluzione dei problemi, con una solida base tecnica e una buona conoscenza degli ambienti di rete e dei sistemi operativi Linux e Microsoft.

La risorsa si occuperà principalmente della gestione, configurazione e manutenzione di infrastrutture IT, networking, firewall, ambienti cloud e supporto sistemistico.

Responsabilità:

  • Gestione e configurazione di sistemi di rete e firewall
  • Amministrazione di sistemi Linux (es. Debian, RHEL/CentOS/CloudLinux)
  • Approfondita conoscenza dei sistemi di networking
  • Utilizzo/Gestione di Microsoft 365 e Active Directory, per quanto riguarda l'ambiente Microsoft
  • Supporto tecnico operativo e manutenzione dell'infrastruttura IT
  • Configurazione e monitoraggio di servizi internet (DNS, POP3/IMAP/SMTP, HTTP, SSH, FTP)
  • Collaborazione con il team tecnico per garantire la continuità e la sicurezza dei servizi IT

Skills, esperienza e studi:

  • Min. 3 anni di esperienza in ambito sistemistico e networking
  • Conoscenza di networking e firewall (configurazione, sicurezza, troubleshooting)
  • Ottima conoscenza del sistema Linux Server
  • Conoscenza di Microsoft 365 e Active Directory
  • Familiarità con i principali protocolli e servizi internet (IP, DNS, FTP, ecc.)
  • Spirito di iniziativa, flessibilità, orientamento al risultato

Lingue:

  • Italiano: madrelingua o C1
  • Inglese: buona conoscenza (B2), per interazione con clienti internazionali

  • Attitudine all'organizzazione e alla gestione delle priorità
  • Spirito commerciale
  • Orientamento al risultato e alla crescita personale e professionale

Offerta:

  • Contratto svizzero a tempo indeterminato
  • Impiego full time (100%)
  • Range salariale: CHF in base all'esperienza della risorsa selezionata)
  • Reperibilità (1 settimana al mese): indennità fissa pari CHF 200 + straordinari pagati (fino al 150%)
