Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Controller to support the Senior Controller across reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities. This role is ideal for graduates with 1-3 years of experience who are collaborative, analytical, and motivated to learn in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
:

• Perform monthly, quarterly, yearly closing activities and support the comparison of actuals vs budget for the EU Market.
• Support the preparation of Budget and Forecast reports for the Retail and EU Divisions, including periodic reviews and variance analysis.
• Monitor and manage Cash Flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations needs and strategic initiatives
• Support management with reports, KPIs, and financial analysis providing key insights for decision-making.
• Monitor corporate costs vs investment budgets, highlighting overspend areas.

Required Skills & Attitude:

• Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics with 1–3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Controlling, or related fields.
• Solid working knowledge of Excel and the ability to handle large datasets accurately. Familiarity with Power Query, Power Automate, or foundational Power BI skills is considered a plus, though a willingness to learn these tools is equally valued.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Organized, and reliable, able to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude
• Good communication skills in English and Italian (written and verbal).
