As an
Enterprise Account Technology Strategist Healthcare
, you will have the opportunity to design and drive leading edge technology initiatives in partnership with Healthcare customers, both supporting your customers' desired business outcomes and achieving Microsoft's business objectives.
Paired with an Enterprise Account Executive, leveraging your large, multi-functional v-team across the breadth of the Microsoft product portfolio and the vast catalog of Microsoft Partner offerings, you will build and grow your network of technology executives within your customers and bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customers adopt and embrace AI technologies.
With a proven history of innovating technical solutions to achieve customers' business objectives and achieving account growth targets, this role will give you the opportunity to combine your technology and Healthcare industry knowledge to deliver on AI solutions to accelerate your customers' AI vision and to ultimately become their trusted technology advisor.

Responsibilities
- Generate business insights and develop account strategies.
- Build digital technology roadmaps aligned to business goals.
- Lead strategic conversations and position Microsoft solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and mentor for customer leaders.
- Drive technology adoption through readiness and skilling initiatives.
- Coordinate technical resources across Microsoft, partners, and customers.
- Manage account planning and technical execution.
- Promote emerging technologies like AI and Industrial Metaverse.
- Identify opportunities and create demand for Microsoft solutions.
- Resolve blockers and ensure successful technology implementation.
- Advocate for customers internally and provide feedback.
- Stay updated on Microsoft products, healthcare industry trends, and competitors.
- Advise on security strategies and Zero Trust principles.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND solid technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience OR equivalent experience
- This role requires collaboration with local customers, therefore fluency in German is needed.
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND extensive technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience OR equivalent experience.
- Solid experience and know-how in the Swiss healthcare industry.
- Experience in digital transformation, or using technology to drive customer business outcomes.
