Leiter/in Business Development & Sales (Energy Storage) 80–100 %

Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategischer und operativer Aufbau des Business Development – Identifizierung und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsfelder, Partner und Märkte im Bereich Strom und Energiespeicher.
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von vier Key Account Managern – du förderst, inspirierst und forderst dein Team zu Bestleistungen.
  • Direkte Betreuung wichtiger Schlüsselkunden – von der Akquisition über Vertragsverhandlungen bis zur nachhaltigen Kundenbindung.
  • Marktanalysen und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung – Ableitung von Massnahmen zur Steigerung von Marktanteil und Rentabilität.
  • Operative Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft – du bist nicht nur strategisch unterwegs, sondern packst selbst mit an, wenn es darauf ankommt.
  • Vertretung des Unternehmens an Messen, Events und Branchenplattformen.

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Strom, Energie oder Photovoltaik, idealerweise mit technischem oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Hintergrund.
  • Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung – du hast bereits Teams geführt, entwickelt und motiviert.
  • Ausgeprägte Business-Development-Kompetenzen – du erkennst Chancen und setzt sie strukturiert um.
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil).
  • Hands-on-Mentalität – du übernimmst Verantwortung, handelst pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert.
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office, CRM-Systemen und ein gutes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge runden dein Profil ab.
