Tasks:

  • Build and maintain CI/CD infrastructure for embedded Linux and Android systems.
  • Design and optimise pipelines for build, test, packaging, and delivery.
  • Apply enterprise policies (security, compliance, approvals).
  • Integrate code quality tools (static/dynamic analysis, linters, coverage).
  • Manage configuration and release (versioning, branching, reproducible builds).
  • Containerise environments using Docker.
  • Support development and QA with tooling and automation.
  • Monitor pipeline health and performance.
  • Document systems and coach teams.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 5+ years DevOps experience in embedded or systems-level software.
  • CI/CD pipeline expertise (GitLab CI/GitHub Actions).
  • C/C++ build workflows (make/cmake).
  • Python scripting.
  • Docker containerisation.
  • Debian-based Linux administration.
  • Configuration and release management at scale.
  • Code quality/security tooling (SAST/SCA).
  • Fluent German (C1) and English (C1).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Embedded build ecosystems, hardware-in-the-loop testing.
  • AWS experience.
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
  • Secrets management (AWS Secrets Manager).
  • Artifact repositories (Artifactory).
  • Test automation frameworks.
  • Embedded coding standards for safety-critical systems.
