Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Sicherstellung und Überprüfung der Produktqualität der zugewiesenen Produkte über die gesamte Montage- Prüfkette
  • Fachliche Freigabe der zugewiesenen Produkte und Einleitung der Eskalation im Fall von fehlerhaften Produkten
  • Troubleshooting und fachliche Unterstützung bei Freigabeprüfungen in der Montage und QC
  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und fachlicher Review von Abweichungen
  • Koordination von Q-Meldungen zur Abwicklung von Lieferanten Fehlern, die innerhalb der Produktion aufgekommen sind
  • Verantwortlich für die Auswertung und Analyse von Qualitätsdaten sowie regelmäßiges Durchführen des Product Quality & Data Cycle Meeting
  • Erstellung, Aktualisierung, Review und Schulung von Vorgabedokumenten, Anweisungen und Berichten sowie fachlicher Review von Validierungs- und Qualifizierungsunterlagen
  • Bearbeitung von spezifischen CAPA sowie ECR-Tasks
  • Fachspezialist der Herstell- und Prüfprozesse in der Montage und QC sowie Koordinator zwischen QA, PQE Product Care, Production Engineering, Technical Support, QC und Montage
  • Fachliche Stellvertretung gemäss Stellvertreterliste

Ihr Background:

  • Abschluss in naturwissenschaftlicher oder in technischer Richtung (z.B. Bioengineering, Medizin Technik, Maschinenbau) oder Lehre zum Laborant mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufs- und Projekterfahrung im diagnostischen oder molekularbiologischen Labor
  • Erste Berufs- oder Projekterfahrung (auch im Rahmen des Studiums) im regulierten GxP-Umfeld idealerweise der Medizinaltechnik, (ISO 13458, GMP, FDA 21 CFR 820)
  • Erste Erfahrung im GMP Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, SAP
  • Grundkenntnisse in Statistik
  • Technisches Verständnis im Umgang mit Testsystemen, Testsoftware und komplexer Hard- und Software-Architekturen
